Quicken’s infographic on small cutbacks has many more tips like these that can help you save money around the house. In total, they estimate that you could save more than $8,800 a year by following these tips.

Depending on your financial and living situation, some of these suggestions might not apply to you. However, making whatever changes you can to reduce utilities and replace services and purchases with cheaper alternatives can still save you a lot of money throughout the year. It’s a good reminder that even if you’re living frugally, there might still be ways to save on the few things that you buy and pay for. With the money you save, you can pay off debt, build an emergency fund, or start investing for the future.
